Scope

Covers how we deliver digital Game Keys and how payments are processed on BuyPlayKeys.com.

Delivery Method

• Digital delivery via email to the address provided at checkout.

• Typical delivery: instant after payment approval; rare delays (up to 24 hours) for manual checks.

• Add info@buyplaykeys.com to your safe senders and check spam/junk.

Order Verification & Holds

We may request additional verification (e.g., confirming email or partial cardholder info through the gateway) to prevent fraud. Orders under review may be paused until verification completes.

Non-Delivery / Wrong Email

If you haven’t received your key within 24 hours, contact info@buyplaykeys.com with your order number. Keys sent to a wrong email typed by the buyer are considered delivered and are not refundable.
