Refunds & Returns Policy

Digital Goods – General Rule
All products are non-returnable digital Game Keys. Once delivered, a key can typically be redeemed only once; therefore, all sales are final except as outlined below.
Eligible Refunds (Case-by-Case)
We may provide a replacement key or refund if:
- The delivered key is invalid/defective at first use (verification required).
- A duplicate purchase occurred accidentally (and one key remains unused).
- The product delivered does not match the item description.
Ineligible Cases
No refunds where:
The key has been redeemed or shows prior activation.
- Region locks or platform incompatibility prevent use and were disclosed on the product page.
- Your account is banned/restricted by the platform.
- You entered an incorrect email or failed to check spam/junk.
- Buyer’s remorse, wrong platform choice, or price changes after purchase.
How to Request
Email info@buyplaykeys.com within 7 days of purchase. Include order number, platform, screenshots/error messages, and proof the key was not redeemed (as applicable).
Assessment & Resolution
We may verify keys with suppliers/platforms. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection actions.
Statutory Rights
Nothing herein limits rights that cannot be excluded under the laws of {{Your Country}}.
